Internship 2023 to September 2024
The student internship places for the above period have already all been filled.
Internship October 2024 to June 2025
In the period between 01.10.2024 and 15.06.2025, students can complete a one-week internship as part of a school event at Münster Police Headquarters. No internships are offered during the school vacations.
The application deadline for this is February 29, 2024.
Admissions and rejections will be sent out around 8 weeks after the deadline.
You can apply for one of the places with the following requirements:
- Residence in Münster
- At least 14 years of age at the time of the internship
- Acquired school leaving certificate: intermediate school leaving certificate, Abitur or full entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences
We require the following documents for a successful application:
- Letter of application with specific desired period (it is advantageous to state the complete internship period of the school) as well as age, school and class at the time of the internship
- CV (printed or scanned photo is sufficient). (printed or scanned photo is sufficient) with full address details (e-mail address and telephone contact details)
- Last school report, copy (scanned)
- Confirmation from the school about the internship period
The supervising offices of the student interns are spread throughout Münster and sometimes change from day to day. The start time can also vary from day to day (e.g. Tuesday at 6 a.m., Wednesday at 1 p.m.). A certain degree of independence and flexibility is therefore required.

If you send your application by post, please refrain from using any kind of application folders or transparent envelopes. They will not give you any advantages in the application process! The folders and photos will only be destroyed and not returned!
