The Münster Police Headquarters is responsible as the local assembly authority for assemblies that are to be held in the city of Münster. Notifications of open-air assemblies and processions required under Section 10 VersG NRW are accepted by the Directorate for Central Tasks, Section ZA 1.2 Assembly Law, Friesenring 43 office building, Room 69 (first floor).

You can use the form "Notification of an open-air assembly in accordance with Section 10 Versammlungsgesetz" for the notification.
